Ayurveda And Bhagwad Gita

Recently i came through Bhagwad Gita ‘s some Shlock..which says same opinion as Ayurveda science provide.

Shri Bhagwad Gita is the one of the best Holy book of Ancient India, it provide the information of Like n our Karma. Have a look at following Shloks—

युक्ताहारविहारस्य युक्तचेष्टस्य कर्मसु ।
युक्तस्वप्नावबोधस्य योगो भवति दुःखहा ।।

“Yoga becomes the destroyer of pain for him who is always moderate in eating and recreation (such as walking, etc.), who is moderate in exertion in actions, who is moderate in sleep and wakefulness.” (Gita: 6.17)It does not just speak of physical but mental health also.

सुखं वा यदि वा दुःखं स योगी परमो मतः ।

“He who judges of pleasure or pain everywhere, by the same standard as he applies to himself, that Yogi, O Arjuna, is regarded as the highest.” (Gita: 6.32)

Restrained Angle Pose – Baddha Kon Asana

Baddha Kona asana – The Restrained Angle Pose

Instructions:-

  • Sit on the floor with the legs together and extended straight out in front
  • Keep the back straight, shoulders level and head straight
  • Place the hands, palms down, flat on top of the thighs
  • Inhale deeply
  • Exhale and bend the knees drawing the feet towards the torso
  • Place the soles of the feet together, clasp the hands over the feet interlocking the fingers pulling the feet closer and placing the heels against the perineum
  • The outer edge and small toe of each foot should touch the floor
  • Lower the knees to the floor and keep the back straight
  • Use the elbows to press down on the thighs if necessary to bring the calves and knees to the floor
  • Hold the posture breathing gently through the nostrils
  • Release the posture and sit with the legs extended out and hands on the thighs

Benefits :-

  • Regular practice of the baddhakon asan stretches the knees and stimulates circulation in the legs
  • It should be practiced frequently until one is comfortable sitting in the Padma asan.
  • The main areas of the body that are stimulated besides the legs are stomach, Pelvic and lower back
  • It  is said to keep the kidneys , Prostate, and Bladder healthy
  • The Baddha kona asan is one of the few posture the can be practiced comfortably soon after eating
  • Hold the posture from thirty seconds to two minutes depending on comfort.

Mental disorders is big disease dats increasing day by aday in human being…

In anger, our tongue works faster then our mind.

Mental disorders like Anger n etc can be associated with so many things, like work load, dis satisfaction, mental disturbances, fear, insecurities, insufficient sleep, emotional imbalance, financial problems, n so on…

Mental disorders/diseases is a kind of mental dis-comfort where person lost his/her control over mind..!

In our busy life style and hectic schedule, we r stressed a lot. We makes our schedule hectic and then join yoga n stress-nil classes. We going away from mother nature and so feeling dis comfort Mentally.

Hug and Heal

Anger is the major reason which makes things sour, A relationships as well as Health N body.

Analysis is the way of mind, hugging is the way o the heart.

The mind is the cause of all diseses, and the heart is the source of all healing.

These days we send more time with our cellphones, comp -mouse and ipads den the love one…

We are so much busy with our techi gadgets dat we forget dat we have heart and emotions…! And so now a days we search happiness on Google…!

Man needs to be needed.It is the one of the fundamental needs of the human being.Love is the greatest therapy, Hugging is only gesture of love., of warmth, of caring…!

The very feel of the warmth flowing from the other person melts many illness in you, melts ice like, cold ego…!

At least a hug for a day is enough top release the feel good hormone Oxytocin.

Hugging is necessary, so dat u can spend at least some moments with ur loved ones and so ur tension-worries will be decreased…

Along with such emotional attachment one should follow some simple rules of nature, As told in Ayurveda science…like Yoga, taking some cobination of herbs, Diet regulations and Ayurveda therapies…!!!

Padmasana – The Lotus Posture in Yoga

The Padmasana facilitates relaxations, concentrations and ultimately meditations.

The Posture crates a natural balance throughout the body-mind and soul.When the knees are stretched enough to remain in the padmasana without discomfort d posture  crates a feelings of effortlessness and ease dat will soothe the nervous system, quite the mind and bring about d conditions of one-pointedness.

The length of time to sit in the posture depends on ur intention. In the course of a typical asana routine, you might hold it for several minutes or until you experience discomfort in the legs. When used as meditations posture you should hold it for the duration of  the meditations. At first time while doing any asana one should take care n should gardually increase the time to b in same posture. Do stretch exercise first and den do perform any Yoga…!
